Due to low event registrations the IEFPA has made the very difficult decision to cancel Convergence 2026. We have decided to look to June 2028 in Denver, Colorado as our next event. We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and questions as we plan for the future. Refunds will be issued within the next 30 days. We thank everyone for your continued support and apologies for any inconvenience this cancellation may have caused.

CONVERGENCE is the annual conference, general membership meeting, mental health retreat, training, and social gathering of the International EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance. Join us for a week of awareness, celebration, and training in beautiful Palm Springs, California. Catch up with old friends, make new friends. Network with other LGBTQIA+ public safety professionals.
