FireFLAG/EMS is the official fraternal and affinity organization representing LGBTQ+ firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and civilian support staff within the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). Operating as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, it provides networking, advocacy, and social community support for queer first responders across the greater New York City area.
