Membership with the International EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance is open to all aspiring, active, reserve, and retired members of any public safety organization that identify as LGBTQIA+ or an ally.
Membership eligibility includes but is not limited to:
- Academy Recruits
- Armed Forces (Firefighters, Medics, MP’s)
- Cadets and Explorers
- Communications (Dispatchers, EMD, Telecommunicators)
- Emergency Medical Services (EMT, MICN, Paramedics)
- Fire Service (Firefighters, Seasonal, Paid, Volunteer, Admin, Investigation, Operation, Prevention, Support Staff)
- Law Enforcement (City, County, State, Federal, Corrections, Support Staff)
- Lifeguards
- Security (Corporate, Guards, Officers)
- Students (Criminal Justice, EMS, Fire Science)

Membership with the International EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance is $36.50 a year. To begin the membership application process please complete the membership application including the creation of a username and password. All information contained in your membership application is confidential and secure. Only IEFPA administrators are able to view your membership application. The information provided on your membership application will be transferred to your online profile on this website. No one including other IEFPA members have access to your profile.
Once you complete your membership application return to this page and submit your membership dues below. Submitting your membership dues is part of the membership verification process.
You will not be able to login to your profile until your membership application is approved and your membership dues are received. Once your membership has been approved you will receive a welcome email. Please follow the instructions in the welcome email directing you to the Getting Started page. If you do not receive your welcome email within 24 hours of submitting your application and membership dues check your spam folder or contact us.
Purchasing an IEFPA membership as a gift? Simply fill out the membership application form in the gift recipients name, purchase the membership, and then contact us to let us know that this is a gift.

Convergence Annual Drawing (Members Only)
The International EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance will fly one IEFPA member and their guest to CONVERGENCE 2025. The trip will include two round-trip airline tickets to Austin, Texas. Hotel accommodations for two at a local Austin, Texas hotel. Transportation to and from the airport on arrival and departure. FREE admission to all Convergence events.

Should the winner wish to attend the full Convergence 2025 program including classes and events the hotel accommodations will be extended.
All IEFPA members automatically receive one (1) drawing ticket when they initially join the IEFPA. This drawing ticket remains active unless the member wins the drawing or is no longer an active dues paying member of the IEFPA.
