The International EMS & Firefighters Pride Alliance is honored to be asked by the National Fire Academy and the International Association of Fire Chiefs to be part of the frame work for their diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the emergency medical and fire services.
LGBTQ+ Awareness and Liaison Training for the Emergency Medical Service and Fire Service will be available soon. We will be offering in person as well as online education and training. Our training is offered in cooperation with our partners at Out To Protect. The IEFPA will be conducting in person LGBTQ+ Awareness and Liaison Training for First Responders at CONVERGENCE 2023.

The IEFPA has created the first of its kind LGBTQ+ EMS and Fire Service Liaison Network. Join the network today by submitting your departments name and liaison contact information via our contact page. This network will establish, maintain, and share, a wide range of resources and training.
National Fire Academy (NFA) courses and programs prepare you to deal more effectively with all emergencies and disasters. Free training is delivered at the campus in Emmitsburg, Maryland, online and in your state.
